I swear by Rob Herrods exhaust for Focus. Stainless steel cat back. He reckons he tried a number of headers from US and not worth the bother.

Herrod exhaust breathes well, rumbly exhaust note, but not loud

Melbzetec, just curious to know wat kind of performance gains you are getting from the exhaust. Is it worth the bother and btw how much did it set you back?

Guys just a quick question.. im thinking of getting a stainless 2inch cat and a stainless cat back exhaust for my fiesta.. is it possible to just get press bent stainless and not mandrel. id like stainless without the massive extra cost of mandrel bent.
how much do you think its likely to cost for the cat, and for the cat back?

im sure you would be able to get press bend instead of madrel if thats what you want. should shave off quite a few bucks too....though it wont do the job as well.

Adam, it cost just under $1,000.....so not cheap.

I haven't had it tested, but I think you're looking at about 4-5kW.....takes the Zetec over the 100kW.

I am pretty sure Herrod's have tested it. Give them a call.

It certainly helps smooth out the flat spot in the lower revs

If the car was made without an exhaust, you should be able to get one fitted under warranty.

That would be called a Sportivo Camry. All the do is put plastic on the body,and remove exhaust
