Hello.

What I am asking help with:
I am wanting to know how you are supposed to properly remove the relay switch.

Everything else:
I am under a strong belief that the power box's relay switch (R6?) is to blame, for the lack of low-beams, and only one high-beam on.

It (the high-beam relay switch) clicks. However, it (high-beam) does not ever (under any circumstance) provide power to both bulbs.
It only provides power to the passenger side bulb (interior circle toggle switch, or the one on the steering wheel).

If you enable the brights via either, only the passenger side high-beam powers on.
If you attempt to enable the low-beams, or fog-lights, nothing happens (no click that I can recall).

However, if you manually push the relay switch together, the low-beams turn on fine.
The fog-lights relay switch is missing I believe (picture will be provided below).
The high-beam relay switch, again, only provides power to the passenger side.

Here's what really makes me wonder: If you have the brights enabled (via circle toggle switch), and pull the switch on the steering wheel...
The low-beams will turn on, for both driver and passenger side, and the high-beam (passenger side only) will kick on.

I've been driving like this for the better part of ~4 months. I am honestly getting tired of it.
It makes taking turns at night especially dangerous. It's also illegal. It probably blinds drivers. And all sorts of other little things.

The relay switch on the left is for the high-beams (broken?).
The relay switch on the right is for the low-beams (works fine if you manually push it together).

Are you checking for power at the 4 headlight fuses?

Did you take the covers off of two of the relays on purpose? R5, and R6.

If so, put the covers back on, and get a good size pair of channel locks, and work it out, I sometimes use a very thin flat head to help a little, but un hook the battery so you don't get a short.

Make a habbit of pulling relays and stuff from junkyards. They ain't cheap new.
