Help please! CD problem - Ford Forums

Hi there. I've just bought a 53 plate Focus with a 6000E EON CD player. It will load and play maybe 2 CDs but I keep getting an E4 error. I don't have the audio manual though - can anyone tell me what this error code means?

Try disconnecting the supply for 10 mins, you'll need the radio code for this, reconnect and it should clear.
