I've determined I need a secondary air injection bypass/check valve for my 2006 Ford Focus ZXW 2.0L but do not want to pay the dealer price of $250 for the part and it is no longer under warranty. I can save $100 if I know the Motorcraft part number for it. The Ford part number on it is 6S43-9F491-AA. Any info on where I can buy it online would be greatly appreciated.

That number can't be found. If that's the one on the part, that won't be the number. Ask the dealer for it.

Autozone has generic bypasses in 3 different sizes, don't know if they'll fit, but it's worth a try.

Bert is right. Those numbers are usually engineering numbers and are of no use to you.
