How many times do i have to tell you guys... Lower is better!
Hmm but anyway how much does it spring take off the drive height?
Any more then 40mm and you need to adjust the multi link rear bar...

King spring lows = 30-40mm
King spring super lows = 50-60mm
ummmmmm i'm also looking at getting some 17's on soon so i'll need to have enough of a gap, dont wanna be rubbing my gaurds now.
My mate put some lows on his car looks quite good, except it's a honda hehhehehe.
Hes got some 17's on as well and theres still a little gap but the focus is higher stock anyway so yeah now quite sure what to do!

Just beware, Kings super lows are not actually as low as they advertise. They gave me hub to guard heights and the fronts are higher than my Pedders, which in themselves are too high and need to be reset, while the rears are lower. So to me, that will give the vehicle a real bum dragger look.
Best thing to do is to take it to a suspension shop and say "I want the hub the guard height this much" and let them keep it until they have it there. Don't just buy springs coz then you have to accept whatever you get, like what I did, and regret it as I have to get them changed.
My two cents worth anyway.

How much boost?
Yeah i am with Tim on this one cause i got stuffed around too... Take it to someone that knows what they are doing and wont stuff you around and as Tim said tell them a height you want it at... No more no less! After they say they can do it then ask what brand they are using!

by the by i don't spose anyone would know how to do the rear springs on the focus' would they?
ive done springs on my mates honda's but they use a simple setup as aposed to our cars where the shock is seperated from the spring.
i could be wrong and our setup is actually simple but i've never done one so can someone please help?

I know how to d this, will detail the process when I get home from work and have some more time. It was a little bit of a hassle due to the sway bar, releasing the sway bar is the key to the whole job on the rear.
Will add more after work.
