My 2011 Ford Focus Cheat Sheet

Hello, my names Gerard King, i sell fords in the Eastcoast/DMV area.

Basically below is what i use as a quick reference sheet when answering questions about the 2011 Ford Focus, and when brushing up on some of the basics. Any additional information you need or questions you have i will answer to the best of my ability, but check the stuff below out and hopefully it gives you some insight and clarifies any small things you might want to know!
  • Engine
    • 2.0L Duratec DOHC I-4 Engine
· 140 Horse power @ 6000 rpm
· Cast aluminum cylinder head and engine block reduce vehicles overall weight.
· Hardened camshaft lobes help eliminate valve adjustments during a useful life of 10 years or 150,000 miles in normal driving conditions.
· Timing chain instead of timing belt increases durability.
· Qualifies as a Extra Low Emissions vehicle.

    • 2.0L Duratec DOHC I-4 PZEV Engine
· Ford customers in CA, CT, MA, ME, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, VT, and WA. It passes the required emissions standards.
  • Fuel Economy
    • 24 MPG City / 35 MPG Highway
  • Transmission
    • Manual
· 5 Speed is standard on all Focus models. There are two different 5 speed transmissions with different gear ratios depending on wheel size.
· 3.56:1 – (15 inch wheels) 3.82:1 (16 inch and 17 inch wheels)
    • Automatic
· 4 Speed automatic is optional on all Focus models.
· Overdrive fourth gear helps to reduce engine rpm at highway speed. This helps improve fuel economy and makes for a smooth, quiet ride.
  • Suspension
    • European-Inspired Suspension
· Standard on S and SE sedan
· MacPherson strut design
· 15” Wheels
    • Enhanced-European Inspired Suspension
· Standard on Coupe and Sedan models with 16” wheels.
· Upgraded suspension with revised shock absorbers for less rebound.
· Larger front and added rear stabilizer bars reduce body roll
· 16” Wheels
    • Sport-Tune suspension
· Standard on SES coupe and sedan
· Revised strut and shock absorber tuning
· Revised steering assembly tuning
· 22 mm front stabilizer bar
· Larger 22 mm read stabilizer bar
· 17” wheels
