My Poor Focus

hey thanks everyone for thrying to help me out with this
I have a 2002 ZX5
A few months back i burnted out my clutch. I had the problem fixed shortly after it occured but a problem still remained. Their is a large vibration through the car all the time (idle, driving it doesnt matter always). The tone of the car also changed after i got the clutch replaced the car now makes a lower growl of a noise as if it where to have some aftermarket exaust. While the care is idle every so offten their is a drop in rpm that almost causes the car to turn off. The car also has some shifting problems as of a week ago.

I was wondering what the problem could be or if it could be a number of problems since their are so many things wrong or could all this be a result of the clutch being replaced in correctly
