2003 ford focus ztw 2.3l


i broke the cheap stupid clips that holds the canister lines on for the evap. i got some generic fuel clips from autozone but they are not clipping in that good and im getting a fuel odor from the passenger sider connection.

autozone and advanced do not have the clips, nor could they even show me the canister.

so anyone know where I can buy the clips? or even the canister?

I always have trouble breaking all types of clips for harnesses. It plastic 10 years old been exposed to heat. Anyone have advice for removing old plastic connectors. Im thinking hit them with a blow dryer for a few minutes..... ? kinda like the way we torch bolts to get them free.

As far as replacement canister, most instances all I see are somewhat generic. As for the lines, I end up replacing the plastic with regular vacuum/fuel hose and use barbed fittings.
