no power to engine 2001 focus

so i have a 2001 ford focus dohc. my eninge blew up put a new eninge in and i go to start it up and nothing happens when i turn the key. my code reader is reading that theres no information on the cars computers. any ideas?

No information as in no codes or no programming? And is this the original PCM or did it come with the engine?

no codes no programing. like it earased itself and it did not come with the engine its the same one from before

Does everything else have power? Lights and all work. Maybe a power or ground issue,something not plugged in all the way.

ok so i found a loose ground, tightened it up. the starter clickes when i try to start battery is fully charged, the lights on my dadh go off when it clicks and all my gauges go up and down.. could it be one of the relays? ive checked all the fuses

If lights go out when try to start I would be checking connections again. Maybe battery cable loose.

You 100% sure that battery is good ? Is engine turning o.k by hand ? Tried jump start ?

yes the engine turns freely by hand. and yes i tried jumping it, did the same thing i charged the battery for a few days just to be sure it was chargedas well no change.
