Visit another dealer if the one that has replaced the rear shocks won't do anything else to it. Other rear suspension components may need to be re-torqued, or the guys at the factory missed a step; such as installing a rubber bushing to isolate noise, or the interior guys missed something; such as extra insulation. The techs at the dealer should be able to pinpoint and solve the issue with their equipment. You can drive it while a tech sits in the back with a microphone to pinpoint the noise. Your warranty will cover this.
