I haven't seen any online. Depending on the factory service manual, you might be able to find the electrical section online, but you'll have to find the whole manual and download it first. You can try pdftown.com and if you find the file, to extract the files the password is 'pdftown.com'

A Haynes repair manual is a good source for all kinds of things, including electrical diagrams for around $20.

Might try the Autozone website, they have a lot online manuals you can view for free. Just have to sign up for a free user name and password.
