Stopped at Lights... Small Revvving...

Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone can help me. I drive a 00 Focus hatchback 1.4L model, and when I'm stopped in lights or parking, the car starts shaking and the revs go below 1000rpm up and down a small bit as it is shaking. It hasn't happened before.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I would first check the TPS ( Throttle Positioning Sensor) then the Throttle body it's self.
