Suspension, Radio, and Door Handle problems!?

I have a 2001 Focus SE Sedan, w/ 2.0DOHC, Auto trans., and 110,000 miles.
First question, is it a common problem for the Focus 6-disc cd/radios to not read a cd? Mine hasn't been able to read a cd for a while, and I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
Second question, my suspension squeaks somethin' fearce up front. It kind of sounds like plastic rubbing on plastic, really hard. I thought it might be the sway bar links, but I'm not sure. It doesn't make the noise when I push down on the fender, only when I'm driving and it's really bad a lower speeds.(like parking lot speeds-20mph) I have never done anyting to this vehicle yet other than recall work.
Third question, my door locks, by the way they sound, are working harder to be able to get into the lock position and ALL my door handles are hard to pull to open. Recently, my drivers side door handle, on the outside of the vehicle, broke on the inside of the door frame also. I figured it is probably something plastic that broke. Good thing it still opens from the inside of the vehicle, for now.
Any information anyone can give me regarding these problems would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Suspension, Radio, and Door Handle problems!?

If you have your radio code, disconnect the unit for 10 mins then refit, should sort it.
Does sound a lot like anti-roll (sway) bar links, not a hard job, I'd do both sides since the other side will be bound to fail soon after....
Some WD40, applied through its straw, behind the outer door handles normally frees things up. Pull the handles out and apply via the rear part of the handle.

What do you mean by radio code? I tried the WD40 and they seem to work smoother

Some models have an anti-theft device built into the radio - in the form of a code.

If you disconnect the radio, you will need to re-enter the code in order for it to function....

This may/may not apply to your particular model...check your owner's manual.

Cheers
