x police focus -- a device ramar devil

hi i have an x police 1.8 tdci whilst looking around i came across a device called Ramar Devil its been taken out of the system i am guessing it was wired in to allow the ingnition key to be removed and still allow the engine to run to keep blue's n two's ,headlamps ect not draining the battery when at an accident or whatever i think it would have been connected to the handbrake switch so if someone tried to nick it when releasing the handbrake it would have immobilised the car. i was wondering if anyone had experience of this device or better still i wiring diagram for it, another question for the tech guys is the estate is converted into a dog unit it hads only 2 seats there is a driven fan in the roof and lights in the dog boxes however the wiring has been cut and all switches removed what i would like to do is reconect the fan and lights i can still get to the wiring for these in the back to connect new i want these to only work when the ignition is on and as far as the fan goes control the speed and direction any help would be appreciated
