nope, that's almost $70 thousand (American?) plus the car.
That's over 100 thousand Australian dollars, before you even include the price of the doner car. Well, they did say you can get over 500hp and the car does come with 295 rear tires. this much power in such a light car has got to fly...............

I found a place where u can do it for about 20,000 american dollars and also they got a kit to use a twin turbo svt cobra motor instead of a supercharged which makes it a 770 hp instead of 500 i plan on doing this to mine in about a year or so!!!!

u dont need to use a svtf all you need to do is buy the basic zx3 because it doesn't matter. the engine gets swaped and you have a svt engine sitting in your garage+ an svtf is like 6k more. save the money and just use a regular focus.
