ok so i recently purchased a zx3 2000. and just yesterday i tried to put my key into the ignition but then now my key won't go in all the way and fits only half way. My steering wheel is locked up also. has this happened to anyone? if so please tell me how to fix it

Oh That has happened to my sister and I both. I have a zx3 and she used to have a 4 door. It happened on both cars around 30, 000miles . The key wont go all the way in to the ignition. I had to have mine towed and it turned out that I need a new ignition cylinder is what I think they called it. But it took a week to fix. I faught with them to give me a rental from the dealership. The Ford dealerships around here in Mass. have bad customer service. Good luck with your car! Kepp us posted on what happens.
