About Posting Pictures - Ford Forums

If you are going to post pictures of your ride in the forums we ask that you post them in the GALLERY and then link them into a thread in this forum, We have allowed attachments for the purposes of having other attachments in threads only, we still want pictures of cars to go in the gallery.

The gallery can be found at www.fordforums.com/gallery and to upload photos select the Upload Photos link in the top right hand side.

Then link the uploaded photo into a thread in here using the IMG tags (you can find a tutorial on how to do this in the pub)

The reason for this is the filesize for attachments is quite small so it is easier to post it in the gallery which doesn't place limits on the size of the picture.

Please do not post pictures of your car as an attachment in the thread.

I have to create the layout and design for it still.

John. Not true. I tried the login and it said I was already logged in as user name ....etc etc. No upload button!

Okay. Found a fix. After logging in the page will reopen. I then chose to "Open a New Window" and refreshed the screen which brought up the upload button. YTes, I have the correct page load options in IE5.5 selected so it should work. Even after numerous attempts on the initial page I needed to open a new window to get 'properly' logged in.
