I read that thread about making the BA's with the AU thread, but its ganna be to messy and the AU thread is big enough....

ok here is my baby (the day i picked it up on 02/12/02)....well its only an XT I6 Auto. I got the 17 inch rims...it seems to sit a bit lower since these pics (springs worn in). I plan to get it lowered when i get some cash. It has a ford forums sticker on the back..other than that its bog stock....

It looks so luxurious stock, Night_Lurker. Almost looks like a Fairmont (must be them 17s). I love the floor-mats!

How many ks has she done? Any problems so far (considering it's the first production series for a BA)?

yeah its the black color makes it look better. yeah i love the interior color co ordination. she's done abut 20000km's. No big dramas, just the usual o ring coolant leak, brake shudder and thats really it. great car to drive.

Lovely machine Lurker!

Black BA's are clearly best - just love the lines and the understatement. We don't need no steeenkin stripes'n'shit to make it look good! BTW have you seen one with the other optional 17's, the 7 spokers? They're a great looking rim, and especially on black! My third favourite of the BA rims after GTP and XR 18's.
