Thanks to SimonL, I got my boost gauge fitted where I wanted it as well as the switch and dial fitted nicely for my shift kit.

The gauge is a cheapy but it does what I want. The multi colored options are a bit w@nk but I only paid $50 for the gauge brand new so I didnt really care.
The shift kit switch and dial I wanted fitted nicely and that was the hardest part in locating an area that didnt ruin any original parts I couldnt replace easily.
If I need to I have replacement parts for any mod I do internally which is good for future references.
But again, a big thanks to Simon for his help especially considering the fiddliness of what needed to be done. Plus he stayed up late for me after work to get it sorted which I appreciate.
