Well picked up my car today, its a EF 2 XR8 with some nice extra's like sunroof, tickford bodykit, 18" AJR wheels, power windows, extractors and 3inch exhaust, pedders springs and shocks the only problem is it needs a respray because the paint on the bonnet, boot and roof has crazed up.
I remember when the EF XR's were in the showroom of New Oak and thought wow! and still nothing's changed, the front lights of them remind me of a big nasty Anaconda. Nice ride, well done.

Yer the front bar is an EL one, the previous owner had an incident in a wollys car park and ripped the bar off, when he got the car back from the panel shop it had the EL bar on it Im not complaining though.
The only plans for the moment are a full respray (same colour) which is all the missus is going to let me do, but I would like to throw in a set of 3.7 gears some nice alloy heads and probably a bit of forced induction, and maybe a 5 speed conversion, I cant beleive I bought an auto you just cant have as much fun
Nice Car , gotta love those front lights.Only prob is they are around $150.00 to $200.00 to replace depending whether its low or high beam.I got genuine xr headlight protectors (just like 4 beer coasters) from Ford at cost round $80.00 set.
the headlights on the EF-EL falcon/fairmont etc arent much cheaper actually...very expensive to replace.....and it seems that the plastic going yellow is quite a common problem.
cant remember the exact price of new headlights for them, but the i know that the originals are quite expensive...
