Not sure about a rebuild kit (are you going to do it yourself?) but talk to Thanatos, as he recently got his Syncros and bearings changed in all gears (gears themselves were fine) and it cost him around $750 including labour..
Don't you need special tools to work on gearboxes?

After deciding against going back to auto (sorry Suny ) I decided to do the rebuild myself... well, give it a go at least.
I have managed to destroy the main shafts in the box, so I have been quoted more $$$ then a standard rebuild, probably end up $1000+ if someone does it from what I have been told.
Too many 2nd gear burnouts id say :)

in my experience, your better off getting another gearbox as a replacement, as most mechanics/ppl in the game dont bother rebuilding them, due to the time and money factors
that is unless you want something to handle more power...
supra 5-speed? :D

Yeah, a press. You can probably get one cheaper than the labour cost on the gearbox rebuild.
gearboxes arnt too hard. they look scary first time you do it though. I've never done a T5, tell us how you go and take some pictures of the box pulled apart. might be good to show people how small and weedy a gearbox is and why you shouldnt be rough with them (ie dumping clutch at 5000rpm). I was at trade school this week rebuilding old roadranger twin countershaft 9 speeds. now thats a box that can take a bit of torque!
