Here is a picture of what the EF XR6 motor looks like when the rocker cover is removed.

(P.S. the XR6 camshaft was replaced with a Dynotec Stage 2):s3

I had to wait a couple of days to get more shims from Ford, and I also had trouble with the supplier, as they Originally supplied a stage 3:crazy1:

Thing was running like a dog below 2500, and needed about 4mm worth of shims to get the lifters to touch. In the end, the cam was changed to the stage 2, the shims came in, and I was a happy chappy !

Thanks for the photo Xyphoid,it brought a tear to my eye to see what I put together soooo long ago,and its still holding together. Huh we actually got one right.
