well after being on this forum for a while, i developed a love for the e-series. but today i bought an 1989 r31 skyline for $3700. i realised a high school student with no job wasn't suited to a falcon, especially in the city. it was the right price at the right time, so hey why not. this thing flies and i love it, but sadly, i won't be joining the club which ive been willing to sign up for, for a while now. just have to wait, maybe the day will come. the skyline does have ford floormats though!

nah sorry jack, no digi camera :(. yeah it is a great car, power to burn. when we were test driving it, my mechanic mate had it doing 120 in 3rd, only sitting on 4500rpm, no struggle at all hehe

Congrats on the purchase! The R31 is a great car, with decent performance and economy. What model is it? Silhouette, TI or one of the lower spec ones? Is it a series III with the better looking front and hot plate tail lights?

You cant go wrong with the nissan stuff. If you really wanted to play with it later on you caan throw a RB25DE head on it for a little bit of xtra power and then of course you could get the the turbo variant of the motor or do both... quite a lot of possibilities with these cars.

My sister would of sold you her R31 a fair bit cheaper than that, and it's a TI (or whatever the luxo burge is).
