Appreciate the kind words.
Its an FX body kit from Canada btw.

Whats under the bonnet.. almost stock except for a Borla stainless catback exhaust, cold air intake and a short shifter.

AussieFX where did you get the Borla exhaust from- did you import it yourself?

I participated in a bulk buy with some probers from the US a few years ago.
The exhausts were sourced from Borla direct.

Nice work with the site btw.
With the changes you have made to the IAC, I would have assumed:-
1. The IAC throttle down time would decrease which is what you have noticed.
2. I would have imagined an increase in throttle jerk at throttle down condition.
ie With the TB plates closing and the IAC having insufficent air to compensate initially when set at cruising speeds.

The IAC mod doesn't cause any problems whatsoever with throttle jerking etc. Makes the car a whole lot easier to drive smoothly though- quick gear changes are a breeze now! :) The trick is to get the hole the right size and then let the ECU relearn to compensate, all it does is in effect is limit the maximum amount of air that can be bypassed. The standard pipe that the restrictor is put into is 19mm ID (ie huge) and my restrictor has a 4.5mm hole in it.

It probably helps to decrease engine wear at start up too- previously it would rev straight to around 2500rpm as it fired up- now it's more like 1500rpm.

Borla make an exhaust to fit the Mondeo too, a lot of guys in the USA rave about them. They make very nice systems.
