Been a while since I've made a post, so I better make a BIG one. Ok, so some of you know, and some of you don't, my XE was fitted with a nitrous kit, amoung other things for the purpose of racing on the strip. Anyway, here's the 1st trip with times and info: (sorry to admins with my site URL on em, but I don't like to have twin copys of pics on my webspace!)

Ok, now onto the 2nd night.
In between these events, my MSD unit fried, and took out some ignition wires with it. After I took out the MSD unit, the car ran better, and revved all the way though to redline. Looks like I didn't have fueling problems, but electrical! On with the show:

1st Burnout! Diff decided to twin up for once.

Staging up.

This is what happens to a sparkplug that can't handle the heat. Luckly, it didn't do any damage as I shut the engine off as soon as I heard a knocking sound. A Datsun sparkplug got me home! Word to the wise...always travel with spares! I know I will.

Hell yea, I got the racing bug! Pity I have to go back out west for 3 months..but the bank is low, must build it up for diff and more engine work...and some slicks!

PLEASE download that 18MB movie....it's really really GOOD.
