cheers for the kind words. the stereo isn't finished yet as iv'e got my hands on another 2 type R's and another M500. this car is my pride and joy and i hope to have her for a while. this was my first car audio install.
deep dish chrome! i have gotten a mixed response on the rims. Do you guys like the rims?
bloody insurence company won't let me go lower than 15mm lower than stock. so the car will be going on to 3rd party in a month or so, so i can put her on her ass and start the engine mods. so much $$$$$$$. LOL
As for dropping it and going to 3rd party insurance - I think you will find that the car still has to meet insurance guidelines for them to offer you any cover, not just comprehensive. You would be better off ringing around to find a company that will let you do mods. Just Cars may be your only option.

yeah but whats the chances of them wanting to inspect the car. i won't have spair money for comprehensive as i'm heading back to uni. anyway thankyou for your input.
Get XR Springs if you're worried about insurance, AAMI allowed me to have XR springs in my EF after they said it couldn't be lowered at all, since tickford suspension was an option it was all good :)

i know what you're saying about the insurance....and it is risky....
thats why i decided to go back and get the 16's...after alot of help from JC....
they may never get to see your car....but if they ever do....you can pretty much guarantee that they will say somethin like "oh, you have the car lowered...this vehicle is not insured with us"
not to bad there was an EB fairmont ghia up here for sale about a month ago for $8500 it was bloody nice though 17" rims, lowered pedders suspension tints full alpine sound system and all it was imaculate
