P.S. Next step after that, lowering. Not crazy stupid lowering, just nice llooking lowing and stiffen up the front end a bit. Any recommendation on cost and which brand and so forth.

Engine is standard and will remain that way for a year or so.

got to through a family member so got it for a bargin, 13k, insured for 17k. Unfortunately only a 6, 8 would of been much nicer but i good a pretty patchy driving history. now, it alls about cruising. and this car is a cruiser, not a racer

A very nice choice I've got superlows in mine and with a jet ski and a boot full of stuff she is nicely seated

very nice indeed. Im interested in doing the painting of the calipers as im sure they will look terrible with a full polished set of 18"s in front of it. what sort of paint are we talking about exactly? i'd probably go same colours black front bit with silver calipers

Thanks man (if you were referring to me), yeah my girlfriend gets a little jealous sometimes! Sorry josh.c, I posted to give you some ideas, I didn't mean to hijack your thread! Have you already taken the pin-stripes off mate? I also decided to ditch the mudflaps, looks cleaner without them and doesn't scrape and scratch paintwork when the car is lowered.
