They were actually meant to be a Xmas pressie, but when my GF's Mum picked them up, it cancelled my old plates. Lucky me, an early Xmas pressie.

That's a very straight XF you have their mate - I don't see as many in good nic as I'd like to - look after her...oh and the plates look alright too ;-)

It's a fav number of mine. They wanted $170 (one off payment) for plates with at least 1 number on them, or $190 (per year) without the number. So I chucked the 4 in.

I picked the car up for $3000 a few months back and got a fair bit done to it as soon as I got it home. My sig basically says whats in or on the car.

Just FREAK... but then money scared me off.

Yeah, I got pulled over by the cops at 2 in the morning on Saturday night and asked if the car was mine... how long have I had the plates... have you been drinking (I don't drink)... can we do a defect check! Like I got a chance to say no. I had my new puppy sleeping on the backseat, so I got away with them not going through the inside of the car. They said they couldn't find anything even though I thought they would do me for my sticker.

I went to the local sign maker and he found the exact font that Ford used for the symbol. Then he just typed in Freak instead of Ford. cost me $35. There is a plain white oval layer put on first, then he put the blue oval on top of that (the blue is reflective like a street sign) and then he put the white ring and writing on top of that.
