Good article.
Don't think you need the dial up warning though, the pic is only 270kb.

What are others opinions about photos on grass? I personally think car/grass pictures can look good so long as the lawn isn't over grown.

jade6 I was thinging the same thing! Ive read the article last week in SM, and I thought photos on the grass was pretty cool...

Yeh, true i never thought grass was that bad but tarmac works out a lot better.

Nothing new here, but so many people could really do with reading this.

My pet peeve - people who couldn't be bothered taking their car somewhere, just the "car parked on the side of the street" or "in the driveway" photos. You spend how much money and how many years paying for it, you are proud of it and want to show it off with photos, and you couldn't be bothered moving it?

2 of my favorite photos of my car are on the grass....it just looked right.

for those in melbourne, there is a great spot to take pics of your car out at cardinia resevoir. There is a nice crest on the carpark and you can actually get a shot with the car on the horizon - nothing but the road, and then the car with the sky behind it - looks awesome

I'm a big fan of grass photos. Specially with a red car. The green makes the red stand out like dogs balls.

I see you're still using that pic I took. I'm also a fan of white dust/dirt on clean rubber as in that shot.
