Thanks guys, it is the original colour, the only thing non factory is the gearbox. It was a fact auto. The engine has been worked a little as well....I will post up one of the engine as well.

damn i love xy's.. im looking for one right now as we speak :) most likely a fairmont..

will be driving it around for a while and doing a group up build

Botch, we brought her as is off a friend. He has several cars (inc XR GT & V6 Capri) and wanted the XY to go to a good home, so we took her home. The guy before us had the car for about 12 years and was pretty much as he brought it except for a few things in the engine bay.

The car is a factory Auto but now has a Top Loader, she also runs a 9 inch. The engine has had some work, with cam, headers, 650DP. The car all over is in outstanding condition and goes very hard.

The Mustang, which is under resto is my car and the XY is the Mrs car. We have both agreed to keep the cars and in the near future we will be on the lookout for a GT. I want a XR - XT and she wants a coupe. So maybe if we can find a Windsor XW GT we may be able to agree. If not a 65 - 66 Mustang Fastback would be just as good.
