What is your ULTIMATE E - Series car? If money was not a problem?

Mine would be:

EL Ghia V8
BA XR Phantom paint
18 inch AMG Quakes (or something similar)
Vortech Supercharger
Superlows and the whole suspension sorted
Limo tint
Full reskinned cream leather interior (much softer and plusher than Ford leather) with blue highlights

I can go on, you get the picture!

Stock tickford bodykit with spoiler taken off
Some nice 18-19" rims
Painted Blood orange
dumped on it nuts
Turbo kit with GT35/40 turbo all internals done and new tremec 3550 gearbox
Top of the line stereo with lots of DOOF DOOF!
Brakes upgraded
Full Herrod leather interior

Take Samson's EF/EL
Add a custom leather interior, black with woodgrain and chrome
Stupidly big stereo (totally integrated of course)
Tremec 5 speed
Either 5.7 litre Stroker windsor, V8 supercar inlet manifold, dual 3in exhaust pushing somewhere near 350/400kw OR
4.0 six with some big stupid turbo pumping a lazy 25psi into a built bottom end, with front mount intercooler and chrome piping everywhere
3.7 LSD 9" diff
V8 supercar aluminium tailshaft

I'd be happy with that.

Or, a big shit heap of EA Fairmont Ghia, totally stock looking other than tubs and 18x10 simmons FR series rims (rear, 18x7 front) with six cylinder motor mentioned above, strengthened chassis, C4 auto with a big stall converter (say 4 grand) same tailshaft and diff as above

I'd be happy with that too.

Oh and for both add in maybe 330mm brakes with 4 spot calipers, Harrop/AP racing doesnt matter which

- Full tickford kit minus the wing
- Uprated fuel system
- Au Momo wheel & gear knob
- Audiobahn stereo
- Painted Lightning strike silver(easier to keep a light coloured car clean)
