Finally got some pics of the new mods.... clear front and side indicators & a stereo upgrade consisting of an Alpine 7893r Mp3/CD player, 1.5 Farad Fusion capacitor, Fusion 2 channel amp and 2 x 12" Fusion subs in self-made enclosures..

If I hadn't found the XR Wagon - I would of ended up with a Ghia Wagon. Very classy ride.

like the rear shot - gives me an idea how my rear headrests will look - I'll be doing them in the standard EF XR cloth

What did u use to make the enclosures??

Not to hang shit (coz im planning it myself) but what are you gonna do if u need the storage / drop the seats, can the bee removed??



Anyway, it looks great! Does it sound just as good?

Yep they can be removed easy... disconnect the power and ground leads, disconnect the cables connecting the boxes and remove them (thats why I made 2 boxes instead of 1). Also the boxes are stuck to the floor with velcro. I move them onto the front seats if i want to sleep in it.

just bought myself a 7/91 Fairlane Ghia V8 -stock as a rock firstly im guna get her roadworthy (der!!) then a 2.5 or 3 inch single system :)

have ya got any aftermarket extractors or just the stockies?? im only going to replace from where the 2 pipes join back - ill leave everything forward from there till i can afford it hehe
