For some reason, I've always wanted to do up an EF wagon. Good car, got lots of potential! Make sure you flush the radiator though, it will stop you blowing a head gasket. Check out the E-series Technical Discussion section about it. Only real advice I can offer, other than to keep it straight! Enjoy it!

Cheers...... Tim

No worries.. we always flush it regularly, and i had to get id done about 2 weeks ago coz a pipe fell off. ****ing thing.

Im going to lower it, get the paint detailed, and put on so driving lights, prolly in the brake ducts (flush of course).

Anything else?? I didn't really wanna change the wheels either btw.

Chris

i think what it needs is some nice alloys, i relise you said u don't want em, but you know how much of a difference they make. try putting a edited photo of ur car with some nice rims on it and see what ppl think.

My suggestion... lower it and colourcode the rear numberplate fascia.

try some EL XR8 16 inch alloys, will look hot. Colour code the mirros and change the mouldings to the red ones, then finally replace front end with el tickford car and you will have the sweetest look EF wagon in the country!

I bloke I used to work with had a car similar to this - same colour etc. He put a Fairlane front end on it (bonnet and grille, I think was all he changed) and a set of LTD wheels. It looked like a fairlane/LTD wagon. I think his might have started life as a farimont though.
