ZJ 351C - Gas Research

HI guys/gals
Here are some pics of my ZJ fairlane. 351C bored 40 thou, trw forged flat tops, high comp closed chamber 2v heads, 4v valves, Crane roller rockers, Crow double valve springs, Crow stage 3 gas cam, crank ground and fully ballanced, Gas research 300+hp twin injector setup, strengthend C4 auto with stage 2 shift kit, Quick sliver shifter. (shows B&M quickshift but have changed to Quicksilver)

Poor old girl just sits out the back under a tarp sice I bought my BA XR8.

Too hard to compare, BA nice and smooth, ZJ chunky and loud. Both fairly similar speeds, BA off the line with the manual is better launch, ZJ still has original Borgwarner diff and ratio's, once moving goes like a rocket, wound off speedo and reckon we got to about 230-240k's. Started floating a bit and got too scary...

Can't beat a new car!

Fair enough. What's the diff ratio in the ZJ?

I am pretty sure its 2.75?? correct me if anyone knows a stock Borg V8 diff ratio..

2.92??? Should have a tag on the diff housing, but then you'd have to crawl under the car to see...
