'03 ranger edge drop? (spindles)
Alright, so I've got an '03 Edge, 3.0 2WD and I'm looking to drop it. I'm comfortable with the rear end flip, no big deal; I can manage flipping and blocking.
My problem comes with the front end. I'm convinced the best way to do it is with some drop spindles, somewhere around 3" to 4" drop. Now obviously I've looked all around google and all the fancy searches, they've all turned up some results but just about everything im finding is either; A) not for the edge B) Incredibly expensive C) a complete kit. So call me picky but does anyone have a link to some spindles that kinda fit into my criteria of cheap, for the edge and not with all the other junk for the flip. If anyones dropped a ranger and has any advice on what to look for or what feel free to let me in on it.
For a final note, anyone have an idea on custom fab'ing soem drop spindles? I've got the welders grinders and plasma cutters to do it...i think? is it possible?
