Cobra GT Registered User Join Date: Dec 2008 Posts: 4	1993 Ranger timing belt broke, questions Hi guys, New it the site, timing belt broke on the way home from work. The motor just shut off, is the 93 4cyl/2.3l an interference motor? Or do I have bent valves. Thanks.

thefonz Always the student Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 1,665	Re: 1993 Ranger timing belt broke, questions No need to remove the cam. Align cam shaft sprocket, align crankshaft dampner, put on timing belt, adjust tension.
