My truck really jumps when going over bumps on the highway.
It makes the whole cab lift me off the seat and it's ruining my kidneys.
hehe!
Is this normal when the bed is not weighted down with cargo?
Or, what can fix this, new shocks?

It could be the shocks. If you have a lot of miles and they're original. it wouldn't hurt to change them and see if that's it.

Even though this is an older thread, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendation on shocks for a 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0L 2WD - or a good website to get them from.

What's wrong with your shocks now? Do want to upgrade?
