1995 Ford Ranger Clutch Problem

Hi

My clutch pedal went very soft and it was very hard to get my truck into gear. I realized I let the clutch fluid reservoir run dry. I'll run through a little history of what I have tried to fix my problem.

I tried to bleed my truck. But, that was just not working and very little fluid was not coming out. Haynes says the clutch was suppose to just bleed by gravity, this wasn't happing. A friend told me that was because the master is at an angle it makes bleeding the clutch very hard. So we pulled the mater cylinder and hydraulic lines and bench bleed it like this video says.

So then we put it back on the truck and we were able to gravity bleed the clutch.

Here's where the problem starts. We started the truck and were running it through 1st, 2nd, and Reverse. We noticed our fluid level was dropping extremely quick. And then once again we couldn't shift the truck, but if we added more fluid we could shift the truck.

I'm not seeing a leak at the master cylinder and it seemed to work properly when we bench bleed it. So where is the fluid going? I don't see a leak under the clutch right now, but is the slave cylinder going or is it a problem with the clutch itself? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
