Mick95 Registered User Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 2	1995 Ranger 4x4 shutting off Hello I have recently purchased a 1995 Ranger 4x4 automatic. For some reason when I start the truck, it gradually idles down and shuts off after 5 minutes. The check engine light is also on all the time. When I turn a corner with my foot on the brake it feels like its going to shut off also when I stop for a red light and am in drive it does the same thing. The truck has 70,000 miles on it. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would be very grateful. I would like to know if Im in for a big repair bill. Thanks everyone.
