i bought i 1997 mazda b 2300 , and it runs good, but when it gets under load, it loses power, i send it to the shop , to check it out, the coundnt find anything wrong, it has new spark plugs, pcv valve etc. but still loses power, please help me.

I would definitely change it. With the ethenol in the fuel now, it's even more important. When you remove it, try blowing through it, it should flow very easily.
