2000 Ranger will not start

This morning the Ranger started up beautifully, parked it at work, went out 30 minutes later and it won't start. No clicking. Lights & gauges all come on, tried jumping anyway and battery checked out fine.

Next step(s)?? Starter? Alternator? shotgun..?

Thanks!

There is alot of possibilities, I would check connections first- (clean and tight). Solenoid, neutral safety switch, starter, ignition switch, are all good possibilities.
