My 2001 Ranger 2.3 liter has bad miss and had codes ran. They were...P0135,P0141,P0301,P0403,P1432 and P1451. How bad is this?

The first 2 are O2 sensors, not really critical unless you're in a state that inspects for emissions. P0301: Cylinder 1 One Misfire Detected, P0403: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Malfunction, P1432: Thermostat Heater Control (THTRC) Circuit Failure, P1451: EVAP Control System Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit Malfunction. With all that's going on, you either have a lot of parts needing replacement, or you have some wiring issues. I'd be checking the wiring.Make sure your grounds are good and that you're getting proper voltage, if your alternator is not delivering as it should, it also can cause issues if the signal coming back is out of range because the signal going out was all ready low.
