popcorn Registered User Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 1	2500 RPM Ping I have a 2001 4.0L V6. It pings loud at 2500 rpm when cold. When it warms up the ping subsides but it is still there. Someone mentioned there is a TSB about this regarding the timing chain and the motor has to be pulled to repair. I am hoping someone would have other ideas. A diagnostic showed no red flags. Any help would be appreciated.
