2wd To 4wd

Is there a difference between the frames of a 2wd and a 4wd. How much of a job is it to swap parts to make a 2 a 4?

Re: 2wd To 4wd

well in the other ranger specific forums this question comes up quite a bit. and yes you can go from 2wd to 4wd
but unless it is for sentimental reasons then it is just better money wise just to sell your truck and get one with 4wd. the 4wd drive rangers for the same year are a little more expensive but cheaper then buying the parts for conversion. and then there is the whole labor thing.
