Then when i went to turn the corner to the right my left tire was just spinning and spinning. I just put a new differential on and everything went great can someone help me and tell me why my left tire just spins. THANKS R3BELMAN

Re: 77 ford 409

You say you put in a new Differential. Silly question....Was it a limited slip differential?

If you installed an open differential the wheel with the least traction gets all of the power. So it would be a 1 wheel drive then.

Re: 77 ford 409

Then it is not installed correctly. That would be my guess. Make sure everything is tightened down to spec. That is just for starters.
