me and my friend put a 1985 engine in an 84 ranger. the knock sensor was bad and i cant find one anywhere. it runs but it is really rough. where can i find one?

You should be able to pick up this knock sensor at any ford dealer. Most auto parts places will probably have to order one for you being over 10 years old. Here's a search engine I found on Knock sensors.
