93-95 ranger trans

I have a 93 ranger xlt extended cab 4.0L 4x4 auto with a A4LD trans and would like to put in a 95 4R55E. Is there anyway to make this work.

There are too many electronics to make it easy. I can't be sure what you'd have to do to make it work.

Re: 93-95 ranger trans

Thanks for your reply, I'm thinking I'll probably need the wiring harness and computer but was hoping for an easier way. On a fixed income and got a screamin deal on engine, trans and transfer case plus extras.
