Hi all,
I bought a 1994 Ford Ranger Extended cab I4 not too long ago. When I bought it, the dash lights weren't working. The guy had hotwired a radio into it, and did a crappy job, so it blew the fuse. My dad fixed that and I replaced the fuse. The dash lights work just fine now. The other day I noticed that the tail lights don't work, and have been looking under the bed to fin if there was a grounding problem, but apparently, because the turn signals work, there isnt any grounding problem. The brake lights work when I push the brake pedal.
I don't want to get police attention cause I do a lot of night driving, but I can't for the life of me figure out the problem.

Do the front park lights work? By chance could the bulbs in the rear be bad?

Yeah, all the other lights work but not the tail lights. The Brake Lights come on when I push the brake pedal. The turn signals work so its not a ground problem, and the license plate lights work too. I haven't thought about the bulbs being bad, cause the brake lights work.

The bulbs are double filament/double contacts.
