98 ranger.. shakin can't figure out - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

hey all, i am new to the forum and the ranger owner club. Love the truk but it has a shake that i can't seem to diagnose? thought it was the studded tires but just put 4 new ones on it and still shakin. I can't feel it so much in the wheel but more so under the seat or towards the back. Any help would be greatly appreciated . Shox? maybe

Just an idea, but my 90 ranger V6 was vibrating and I thought it was tires. Then it started to make a noise in the front and I thought it was timing chain but when I began tearing it apart I found the clutch fan had a bearing totally worn out.

Check the spark plugs in it My ranger shook like crazy and under the seat and in the rear alot I i went to my Mech. and he said i had a dead cylinder from a bad spark. so that Might be a good place to start. otherwise i have no idea.

If you're using the same wheels with the new tires, did they check to make sure none of the wheels were bent?
