99 ranger 4x4 ?
Ok I have a 99 ranger with off road package. Me and a buddy have been looking but can't seem to find this noise. I know it's comming from the front end it sounds like rotors grinding but it does not go away when u break. The faster u go the louder it gets. When u turn to the right noise goes away turn to the left still there. Right hub assembly has been replaced. I noticed there was no retainer clip holding from half shaft in place.
Any thoughts on this problem.
Also I har noticed a loud clucking noise when u shift to 4L and shif out?
